1. Publisher of the website

Pursuant to the provisions of Article 6, III, 2° of Law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 for Confidence in the Digital Economy (LCEN), users of the MiningWorld Intelligence platform are informed of the following:

  • The publisher of this service is a natural person acting in a non-professional capacity.
  • In accordance with the aforementioned article, natural persons publishing an online public communication service in a non-professional capacity may only be required to make available to the public the name, denomination or corporate name and address of their host.
  • The name, first name and address of the publisher have been communicated to the hosts listed below and are retained by them, who are bound by professional secrecy under the conditions provided for in Article 226-13 of the French Penal Code, subject to cases where disclosure of this information is requested by a judicial authority in accordance with the law.
  • This provision is intended to preserve the legal anonymity of the publisher, a non-professional natural person, in accordance with the framework established by the LCEN.

  • Role: hosting of the application, execution of the backend and distribution of the frontend of the MiningWorld Intelligence platform.

2.2 Database and authentication

  • Host: Supabase, Inc.
  • Address: 972 Mission St, San Francisco, CA 94103, United States
  • Role: hosting of the user database and management of the platform's authentication services.

3. Contact and reporting

  • Any question regarding the operation of the platform, any complaint, as well as any report of unlawful content or content contrary to these Legal Notices, may be submitted directly via the contact form accessible from the MiningWorld Intelligence platform interface.
  • This channel is the single and official point of contact for exercising rights provided by law and for any notification under Article 6, I, 5 of the LCEN relating to manifestly unlawful content.
